Fullmind is seeking educators to join our remote pool. As a 1099 contract educator, you will access our portal to select placements that fit your US teaching certification and calendar.

You'll deliver virtual instruction using the district's platform, develop aligned lesson plans, track student progress, and participate in district professional development. Immediate start dates are available; benefits are not included under this contract.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States with an active state teaching certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must have reliable internet, a computer, webcam, and headset.

Responsibilities

• Access educator portal to select the jobs you take on
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Engage and nurture student learning through relationship-focused strategies
• Track student grades and performance
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students
