TalkPath Live is seeking an Occupational Therapist who can work remotely from home in California for the 2026-2027 school year. This hourly W2 role starts with a small caseload and scales with referrals, offering flexible hours and autonomy to impact students' lives.

Ideal candidates are licensed in their state, with AAC training and strong communication skills, plus the ability to work independently using home technology. No minimum hours required.

Qualifications

• Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice.
• AAC training and/or certificate required, and experience with AAC evaluations.
• Reliable internet and private space to practice from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services remotely during school hours.
• Conduct AAC evaluations and contribute to treatment planning.
• Collaborate with schools and families while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes for telepractice sessions.
