Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or related humanities; additional relevant experience may substitute.
• Detailed working knowledge of style guides and editing using Track Changes in Word.
• Excellent editorial, grammar, writing, and communication skills.
• Superior communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organization, judgment and attention to detail; can meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of journals workflow—editorial, production, and manufacture.
• Ensure timely production of high-quality journals with minimal supervision.
• Maintain communication with editors, freelancers, print vendors, and staff.
