  • Respond to phone calls and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input client data into the system.
  • Organize workflow by managing correspondence, collecting client information, and handling various assignments.
  • Coordinate schedules by maintaining calendars for team members and arranging meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Protect client confidentiality and ensure operational security by following data protection protocols.
  • Keep systems running smoothly by following equipment and software guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records using filing systems and backups.
  • Contribute to the team's success by completing tasks related to scheduling and coordination.
