Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is a leader in industrial and large commercial mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects. We are seeking a Scheduler Manager to lead the scheduling function across all projects and ensure alignment with field execution.

This role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and proven leadership. You will coach schedulers, enforce standards, and provide risk and delay analysis to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6 expertise.
• Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Strong field operations, supervision, or project management background.
• Advanced understanding of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Ability to review and improve complex construction schedules.
• Experience coaching and developing scheduling personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support.
• Knowledge of forecasting, manpower planning, and schedule metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the scheduling function across all projects.
• Establish, implement, and enforce scheduling standards and procedures.
• Review and approve project schedules, updates, forecasts, and reporting for accuracy.
• Ensure schedules align with field execution and project realities.
• Coach and mentor schedulers to improve capabilities.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation and delay analysis.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources for project support.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and reporting.
• Occasional jobsite visits may be required.
• Build strong relationships through leadership and collaboration.
