Job summary

Relias, a mission-driven healthcare outcomes company, is seeking a Scaled Client Success Manager to support small and mid-size clients using Relias’ platform. The role is based in Morrisville, NC with a flexible hybrid work arrangement, aligning with onsite and remote collaboration.

You will proactively engage clients across their journey, deliver targeted product recommendations, host training sessions, and partner with product and sales teams to drive adoption and renewals.

Qualifications

• CRM skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to use CRM tools to improve client experience.
• Ability to discover client needs and align solutions.
• Strategic discussions to reach mutual agreements in SaaS.
• Manage renewal cycles for SaaS subscriptions.
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and teams.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, sales, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to drive product adoption and best practices.
• Host training sessions to understand client goals and prescribe solutions.
• Contact clients after NPS surveys to address issues.
• Lead open platform trainings for client communities.
• Manage client expectations and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Represent client voice in product roadmap and sales processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
