Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a proactive SBA Loan Processor/Closer to drive loan closings and act as the main liaison among the borrower, BDO, underwriter, and SBA. This role demands meticulous SOP knowledge, strong processing acumen, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage loan pipelines, ensure SBA eligibility, and coordinate with LSP and Loan Operations for timely funding, while delivering top-tier service to borrowers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years SBA experience preferred.
• Strong SBA SOP knowledge and practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move loans through application, approval, processing and closing.
• Serve as liaison between BDO, borrower and SBA for documentation and collateral review.
• Coordinate with LSP and Loan Operations to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
