RPL International is seeking a driven SBA 7(a) Business Development Officer to identify and develop lending opportunities with small business owners. The role emphasizes building a strong COI network, prospecting new leads, and working directly with borrowers to tailor SBA financing options.

You will source opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to close loans. This remote position offers unlimited PTO and employer-paid healthcare.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of SBA 7(a) lending experience.
• Proven hunter in business development or sales.
• Active COI network and referral capability.
• Ability to independently source and develop opportunities.
• Experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with fully remote work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and develop new SBA 7(a) lending opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals.
• Leverage COI network including CPAs, attorneys, business brokers and financial advisors.
• Build and maintain relationships with small business owners and prospective borrowers.
• Generate new business through consistent prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Educate clients on SBA 7(a) financing options and align opportunities with business needs.
• Develop and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to loan application and closing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and loan processing teams.
• Maintain relationships with referral partners to drive repeat business.
• Meet business development, loan production, and revenue goals.
