AMBSIMS & Associates Corp is seeking an experienced SBA Lending Officer to oversee SBA customer relationships, business development, risk management, operations, underwriting coordination, and relationship management. This remote role serves clients nationwide and emphasizes originating SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services sales, strong credit and lending skills, and a proven track record of annual production of $10 million–$15+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to serve the financial needs of small business owners and expand business opportunities.
• Demonstrated annual loan production of $10 million–$15+ million or more in each of the previous three years.

Responsibilities

• Originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing transactions for small businesses nationwide.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with customers and brokers who market to small business owners.
• Generate business leads and identify prospective borrowers through networking and referrals.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with leadership and marketing team.
• Generate leads, develop complete financing applications, submit loan packages to underwriting, and present loan requests.
