Job summary

Hubble Network is seeking a Wireless Systems Engineer to design and implement algorithms enabling wireless connectivity between terrestrial Bluetooth devices and satellites. You will model and develop system designs, working with cross-functional hardware-software teams to deliver reliable, scalable connectivity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of wireless protocols, and hands-on lab testing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols including 5G/LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.
• Experience with signal processing and wireless systems development.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and/or C/C++ for development and modeling.
• Hands-on lab testing and characterization, with lab equipment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement algorithms for wireless connectivity between terrestrial devices and satellites.
• Model, design, and implement wireless communication systems end-to-end.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers across teams.
• Participate in design reviews and system-level trade studies.
