Job summary

Paradygm Health Group seeks a Satellite Sales Director to lead a state Satellite Office on a remote, commission-based model. This is a revenue-share opportunity where you represent the first satellite office and help define our future partnership program.

Up to 50 seasoned professionals will be placed across states, with a pathway to Managing Partner based on performance. Compensation includes a 10% revenue share for accounts you bring, with potential to scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development.
• Strong professional network within the healthcare industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership ability.
• Willingness to work under a revenue-share model.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to sales and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Satellite Office for Paradygm Health Group in your state.
• Develop and close healthcare sales opportunities under revenue-share model.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Advance to Satellite Partner based on performance.
