WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking an experienced Remote Sales Director to lead sales strategy, revenue growth, business development, and a high-performing remote team across multiple regions.

The role requires a proven record of exceeding revenue targets, building scalable sales processes, and managing strategic accounts while collaborating with marketing, product, finance, and customer success. This fully remote position reports to the VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, account management, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve targets.
• Establish sales goals, KPIs, forecasts, and performance-management processes.
• Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify new markets, territories, and customer segments with revenue potential.
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and major business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and position products.
