TPAPT (The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring) is hiring an SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer to mentor educators in modern test prep methods. This is a remote, US-based contract (1099) / part-time role.

Design and deliver training programs, run workshops, and coach tutors to improve student outcomes. The candidate has 3+ years in SAT/ACT tutoring with a proven track record and strong online facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Earned Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years as SAT/ACT tutor with score improvements and parent testimonials.
• Experience delivering educator workshops or coaching sessions.
• Clear communicator with online presentation skills (Zoom/Google Classroom).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for SAT/ACT tutors.
• Mentor and coach new educators and monitor growth.
• Collaborate with leads to refine instructional guides.
• Ensure tutors meet high standards for student progress and communication.
