Job summary

TPAPT (The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring) is seeking an experienced SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer to design and deliver trainer programs, mentor tutors, and raise instructional quality. You will run workshops, observe sessions, provide feedback, and help scale best practices across a national remote network.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of tutor experience are required, with strong Zoom/Google Classroom facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience with documented score improvements.
• Past experience delivering educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for SAT/ACT tutors.
• Instruct educators on proprietary TPAPT strategies and diagnostics.
• Observe mock tutoring sessions, provide constructive feedback, and track progress of tutors.
