Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a senior SAP SD & Vistex specialist to own pricing, rebates, and chargebacks within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. The role focuses on end-to-end configuration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize financial processes.

You will design complex pricing controls, oversee migrations, and ensure SOX compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience and a track record of delivering scalable SAP Vistex solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback, accrual and settlement.
• Working knowledge of how Vistex integrates with SAP SD pricing and FI postings.
• Experience with Vistex-related EDI transactions in a distribution environment.
• At least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major redesign in a lead role.
• Expertise in managing complex migration projects, budgeting and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and SOX controls.
• Clear communicator with ability to document decisions for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for Vistex, including IP, DMP, and DMR.
• Design and configure chargeback, billback, rebates, and incentives end to end.
• Lead design workshops and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Oversee migrations and ensure pricing accuracy post-migration.
• Prepare detailed documentation, unit tests, and training materials.
• Mentor teams on Vistex best practices and SAP-driven processes.
