Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a senior SAP SD & Vistex professional to own and design Vistex solutions, including IP, DMP/DMR, and rebate processes within SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.

You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, rebates, and term management while coordinating with EDI and integration teams. This role includes leading migrations and driving continuous improvement in pricing workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback, accrual and settlement.
• Experience with Vistex-related EDI transactions in a distribution environment.
• At least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major redesign in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management within the SAP sales and pricing framework.

Responsibilities

• Own Vistex solution design and configure chargeback, billback, rebates, and incentives end to end.
• Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Coordinate with SAP modules and EDI/integration teams on Vistex-driven transactions.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing with key stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed documentation, unit test scripts, SOPs and training materials.
