Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks a senior SAP SD & Vistex specialist to own pricing, rebates, and chargeback programs. You will lead design, configuration, and integration for IP, DMP/DMR, and related processes within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business units to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, coordinate EDI transactions, and drive migration and testing efforts while ensuring SOX controls and pricing integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback, accrual and settlement.
• Working knowledge of how Vistex integrates with SAP SD pricing and FI postings.
• Experience with Vistex-related EDI transactions in a distribution environment.
• At least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major redesign in a lead role.
• Expertise in managing complex migration projects including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management within the SAP sales and pricing framework.
• Experience with business-facing skills and translating needs to design.
• Clear communicator who can document decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Continual learning mindset about SAP advancements and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for Vistex, including IP, DMP, and DMR.
• Design and configure chargeback, billback, rebate, and incentive programs end to end.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Collaborate with EDI and integration teams on Vistex transactions (844, 845, 849, 867).
• Lead migration of Vistex solutions to S/4HANA and oversee data migration and integration.
• Ensure testing phases and pricing accuracy post-migration; drive continuous improvement.
