Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a senior SAP SD & Vistex specialist to lead design and configuration of pricing, rebates, and incentives. You will partner with Finance, Compliance, and IT to ensure accurate integration with SAP modules and robust data governance.

The role involves managing complex migrations to S/4HANA, validating pricing and rebate functionality, and mentoring teams on SAP-driven sales and pricing management within a large healthcare supply context.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback, accrual and settlement.
• Experience with Vistex-related EDI transactions in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for Vistex, including IP, DMP, and DMR.
• Design and configure chargeback, billback, rebate, and incentive programs end to end.
• Lead migration of Vistex solutions to S/4HANA and ensure data migration and integration.
• Coach users and process owners through workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.
