Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementations and operational management of SAP Vistex solutions. You’ll translate business strategies on pricing, incentives, and rebates into scalable SAP architecture while managing deliverables, integrations, and team workflows.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP Vistex, strong IP expertise, and familiarity with S/4HANA/ECC. Travel up to 60% is expected; remote work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands‑on Vistex configuration of IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, and more.
• System Design: Define pricing, document types, calculation buckets, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Lead teams through full lifecycle deployments and coordinate requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
