GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and operational management of SAP Vistex solutions within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. You will translate pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates into scalable architecture while leading project deliverables and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP Vistex, strong OTC/SD/MX/FI-CO experience, and proven leadership in Agile or Waterfall environments. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on configuration of Vistex IP modules and integration.
• Team Oversight: Manage onshore/offshore analysts, developers, and system integrators.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement to document specs.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
