Job summary

GAF seeks an SAP Vistex Lead to drive end‑to‑end Vistex implementations and ongoing optimizations within SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. You will translate pricing strategies into scalable technical architecture while guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely delivery.

You will lead IP modules (Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims) and oversee integrations with SD, MM, FI/CO. Travel up to 60% is expected; base salary reflects market rates for senior SAP professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience focusing on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on Vistex configuration for IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• System Design: Define IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee S/4HANA & ECC integration with core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Lead teams of onshore/offshore analysts, developers, and system integrators through full lifecycles.
• Capture requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement; perform QA, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and ensure SOX/compliance during month‑end close.
