GAF is seeking a seasoned SAP Vistex Lead to design, implement, and optimize Vistex solutions within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. You will translate pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates strategies into scalable SAP architecture while guiding cross‑functional teams and managing project deliverables.

The role requires leading hands-on configuration, integration with core SAP modules, and strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Procurement. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands‑on configuration of Vistex IP modules and oversee integration with SAP SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Manage onshore/offshore teams through full lifecycle deployments and document functional requirements.
• QA & Change Management: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities for production releases.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: Perform root‑cause analysis and ensure SOX compliance and month‑end close reporting.
