Требуется уверенное владение немецким языком (не ниже B2) и свободный английский, а также 3+ года опыта и сертификации SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
Strong expertise in Employee Central; experience in further SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or rollout.
Good knowledge of business rules, data models, RBP and workflows.
Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP HCM or S/4HANA is an advantage.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus.
Proficient German (min. B2) and fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and in international, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze HR business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure and support modules with a focus on Employee Central and related areas.
Set up data models, workflows, role-based permissions and picklists.
Support integrations with SAP HCM/S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Plan and execute data migrations and support testing phases.
Participate in implementation and rollout projects and release updates.
Handle incidents and change requests; provide 2nd/3rd level support.
Prepare functional documentation and run workshops for key users.
