Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for remote engagement supporting SAP BAU initiatives with OTC enhancements. The role spans Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, handling backlog, planning, reporting, and risk management. W2 contract-to-hire, with benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with SAP project management and understanding of SAP technology and integrations.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams to define and manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Establish and manage project plans across schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
• Identify dependencies across workstreams, determine critical path, and communicate key tasks and milestones.
• Identify variances to plan and develop mitigation or corrective action plans with project team members.
• Monitor deliverables against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and escalate concerns with impact statements and options.
• Identify, document, communicate, and manage risks throughout the lifecycle, securing stakeholder alignment on responses.
• Engage stakeholders at the appropriate level and cadence to enable timely decisions and issue resolution.
