Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support SAP BAU initiatives with a focus on OTC enhancements. This remote contract-to-hire role manages end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, including planning, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have SAP project management experience, familiarity with security/compliance, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of IT experience with significant technology project management.
• Prior SAP project management experience with understanding of SAP technology, integrations, and related requirements.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans across SAP OTC/RTR/PTP/PTD teams.
• Establish and manage project plans across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Identify dependencies, critical path, and communicate milestones.
• Monitor deliverables against scope, schedule, and budget, updating stakeholders.
• Record and monitor budgets, escalate risks with options; manage change control.
