Job summary

ANDRITZ in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support domestic and international customers and Sales teams. You will respond to product inquiries, enter and process orders, manage pricing and terms, and coordinate returns to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders for accuracy, generating quotes, maintaining records in SAP, and supporting the Logistics team with shipment details and schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Two to four years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and conditions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers and the sales team.
• Enter and expedite orders with accurate pricing and terms.
• Create and confirm customer orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics for delivery.
• Provide backup support for the Customer Service Department.
• Maintain documentation for quotes, orders, and POs in SAP.
• Respond promptly to ship date and status inquiries.
