Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. is seeking a Senior SAP Business Process Owner to manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA processes and drive process governance from design through deployment. You will partner with business and IT teams to improve data quality and achieve measurable process performance.

You will lead UAT, define KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations while working in a remote/PA-centric setup, focusing on scalable process improvements and training across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years hands-on SAP experience.
• 10+ years in business process, operations, marketing and SAP roles with ownership.
• Experience applying AI tools to business or technical work and leading UAT.

Responsibilities

• Own design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, and governance.
• Define master data quality rules and governance practices.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and validate solutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing and cutover activities.
