Job summary

Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division seeks a Process Owner, Operations to lead the AS-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation and establish governance, performance, and continuous improvement for core process domains. Based in the Hexagon Autonomous Solutions location, you will partner with business leaders, Global Services, and partners to ensure deployment and realization of value.

You will own Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, and Plan to Produce processes, define standards, KPIs, and decision

Qualifications

• Experience owning or governing enterprise processes in a multi-divisional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled operating models and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise process standards, policies, controls.
• Collaborate with functional experts to standardize and adopt processes enterprise-wide.
• Partner with peer Process Owners to manage interdependencies and governance.
• Establish process governance routines, decision rights, and backlogs.
• Ensure future-state processes are practical, adopted, and sustainable with IT and change teams.
• Support ERP transformation activities including design, testing, training, and cutover.
