Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Warehouse Business Process Owner to join the SAP Center of Expertise, driving global harmonization of SAP warehouse management and accelerating digitalization on SAP S/4HANA.

You will collaborate with regions, sites, and service organizations to optimize processes, enable users, and roll out new SAP functionality with a strong focus on performance and user experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, engineering, supply chain or business.
• Experience with SAP warehouse management solutions (IM/EWM) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions, sites and service orgs.
• Experience supporting change management, training and user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management across global units.
• Partner with regional SAP BPOs to harmonize warehouse processes.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Gather requirements and deliver system enhancements with local stakeholders.
• Investigate user issues and resolve process and system challenges.
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials to boost user adoption.
• Coach key users to become local SAP champions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
