Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Business Process Owner to lead SAP warehouse management initiatives within the SAP Center of Expertise. You will collaborate with regional teams, drive process harmonization, and accelerate digitalization through SAP S/4HANA across global operations.

In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities, support change management, and develop training materials to empower users and ensure successful rollouts of new SAP functionality worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SAP warehouse management modules (IM/EWM) and S/4HANA.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management across global units.
• Partner with regional SAP BPO to harmonize warehouse processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Investigate user issues and resolve process/system problems.
• Develop training materials to increase user adoption.
• Coach key users to become SAP champions.
• Support rollout of new SAP functionality and guide users.
