Job summary

RTX is seeking a SAP Plant Maintenance Digital Technology Analyst (Manager) to drive the blueprint, build, test, cutover and hypercare activities for S/4HANA Plant Maintenance across the OneRTX program.

The role partners with business, digital and system integrator teams to deliver harmonized ERP capabilities and robust master data design, enabling standardized processes and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 10+ years experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, including the Plant Maintenance module.
• Hands-on experience supporting data cleansing and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Digital Technology deliverables across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover, Deployment and Hypercare phases for S4 HANA Plant Maintenance.
• Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide S4 Hana usage in Plant Maintenance.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA to align with RTX operating model and best practices.
• Map Plant Maintenance business scenarios between S4 HANA and Boundary Systems.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build and testing for Plant Maintenance.
