Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Time Systems Integrator to work remotely as part of the FBPI team. You will support SAP CATS, external time-tracking integrations, and labor costing across Finance, HR, IT and Operations.

The ideal candidate combines deep time recording expertise with SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience and a passion for scalable tech-driven solutions. This role involves global collaboration and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in finance, accounting, computer information systems, or related field and eight years of work-related experience or a combination of education and direct related experience equal to twelve years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide second level support for global SAP labor/timesheet systems and troubleshoot defects with cross-functional SMEs.
• Resolve accrual discrepancies, stuck timesheets, or connection failures with external providers.
• Support automated Labor Distribution posting to cost centers and receiver objects.
• Support reconciliations between timesheet hours and labor cost postings.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and IT to map data and resolve integration errors.
