Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a seasoned SAP Program Manager for remote leadership of SAP GROW and S/4HANA Cloud transformation initiatives. You will govern programs, align stakeholders, and drive value realization across a portfolio of ERP deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP program management, expertise in SAP Activate, and a proven ability to manage multi-project delivery with executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP program or project management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP GROW and S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple SAP GROW implementation projects within a transformation program.
• Establish program governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures.
• Define program objectives, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams across projects.
• Manage executive sponsorship, status reporting, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and value realization.
