Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ERP Strategist to lead ERP modernization journeys using SAP GROW and S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. You will align business objectives with technology strategies, advise executives, and shape operating models for cloud adoption.

The role focuses on strategy, transformation, and governance across programs, with emphasis on executive workshops and value realization. Remote, senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy experience.
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA and cloud ERP transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus; SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP Cloud ERP transformation strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Assess current ERP landscapes and readiness for SAP Cloud adoption.
• Create ERP modernization roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
• Advise clients on SAP GROW adoption strategies and implementation approaches.
• Define target operating models leveraging SAP best practices and standard processes.
• Provide executive advisory services and governance throughout transformation programs.
• Lead market leadership, industry best practices, and strategic proposals.
