Job summary

RTX’s Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology Engine Center Operations seeks an SAP Production Planning Analyst (PP). You will deliver IT solutions for production, assembly & test and plant maintenance, working closely with operations to capture requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, ERP project leadership, and ongoing support for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA initiatives, with potential travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with 8+ years in IT including customer-facing roles, requirements gathering, designing solutions and delivering projects.
• Advanced Degree with 5+ years in IT or related field including customer-facing roles, requirements gathering, designing solutions and delivering projects.
• 5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience desired).
• U.S. Citizenship required; position may have access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define process opportunities for Operations Systems to streamline processes and promote best practices.
• Solve technical/functional problems and ensure integration with other solutions.
• Support SAP ECC environment and ongoing production/engine projects.
• Participate in SAP S/4Hana digital transformation for Plan to Sustain workstream.
• Document requirements and translate into specifications for solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with enterprise apps.
• Lead/participate in ERP projects and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements with standard configurations.
• Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
