Job summary

RTX is seeking a SAP Production Planning Analyst (Remote) to join the DT team in delivering IT solutions for operations, production, assembly and plant maintenance. The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design functional/technical solutions and support ongoing projects within a complex SAP landscape.

The role requires strong technical background, effective communication, and the ability to partner with vendors and SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field with 8+ years in IT or Advanced Degree with 5+ years in IT, customer-facing roles and project delivery.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning configuration experience (S4 experience preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills; proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define opportunities for Operations Systems to streamline processes and drive benefits.
• Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions.
• Support SAP ECC environment and production/engine center projects.
• Participate in SAP S/4Hana digital transformation for Plan to Sustain.
• Document business requirements into specifications for solutions.
• Work in cross-functional teams for seamless integration with ERP and other apps.
• Lead ERP projects and align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements via standard configurations.
• Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.
• Travel as needed based on business/project needs.
