Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a unit of RTX, seeks a remote SAP Production Planning Analyst to support SAP ECC/S4 Hana within the Digital Technology Operations group. You will engage with operations teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements for production planning and plant processes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree), strong communication, and project management skills. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years IT experience in customer-facing roles and requirements gathering.
• Advanced Degree with 5+ years IT experience in customer-facing roles and requirements gathering.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning configuration (SAP S4 Hana preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
• Project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Define opportunities for Operations Systems with stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Perform technical and functional problem solving with system integrations.
• Support SAP ECC environment and SAP S/4 Hana projects for production and engine centers.
• Participate in the Plan to Sustain digital transformation initiatives.
• Document business requirements into clear specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless ERP integration.
• Lead/participate in ERP projects with stakeholders on scope and budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements via standard configurations.
• Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.
• Travel as needed for business/projects.
