Job summary

RTX is seeking a SAP Principal Source to Pay Systems Expert to join our Enterprise Services team in a remote US capacity. The role focuses on designing, testing, and implementing Source to Pay applications within an Agile framework, collaborating closely with functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualified candidates have a STEM BS and at least 2 years of relevant SAP experience, including design reviews, testing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP development standards and change control processes
Experience conducting design reviews and handling upgrades/defects
Experience developing test plans, testing, implementing fixes
Experience with issue resolution and root cause analysis

Responsibilities

Influence others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area
Autonomously manage moderately complex projects/assignments
Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications with the functional team
Use Scaled Agile Framework to set objectives for own area of responsibility
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Explain policies and procedures and influence decisions
Maintain a strong customer service approach
Make minor changes or enhancements to improve processes
