Job summary

Charter Global is seeking an SAP ECC SRR OTC Analyst/Business Analyst for onshore remote work. The role requires 7+ years in SAP OTC with SD integration to SFDC, Hybris, or web-based OMS.

The contractor will support order management, logistics, billing, and finance interfaces, with a first-week in-person session at the client site in Santa Clara. Two positions available, 5+ months contract, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivering functional solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on SAP OTC/Order-to-Cash experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD with integration to Salesforce, Hybris, or web-based OMS.
• Excellent communication for client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead workshops and walkthroughs of functional designs.
• Translate business needs into SAP OTC configurations and interfaces.
• Support integration with SFDC, Hybris, and web-based order management systems.
• Analyze order processing, EDI interfaces, and logistics/billing flows.
• Coordinate testing and sign-off across stakeholders.
