EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP IS-U customer service solutions within complex utility transformation programs. You will own the customer service workstream, define the target service model, and translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and SAP IS-U experience required.
4–6 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities with customer service focus.
Proven leadership of a functional workstream or team.
Experience delivering SAP IS-U customer service across channels.
Travel 40–60% may be required.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
Define target service model, flow, and SLAs across journeys and channels.
Lead requirements, fit-gap analysis, and design governance sessions.
Coordinate cross-functional design with Billing, CRM, and Service Cloud teams.
Oversee data conversion, testing strategy, and operational readiness.
