EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service and operations solutions. You will own the Customer Service workstream, define the target service model, translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and ensure alignment across journeys and channels.

You will lead functional teams and coordinate with business, technical, digital, and vendor stakeholders to drive solution quality and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including leadership of functional workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance, service requests, move events, and communications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive cross-functional design and integration across related capabilities (Billing, FI-CA, Device Management).
• Oversee data conversion activities, including data requirements, mapping, and validation.
• Lead functional testing strategy and end-to-end testing of customer journeys.
