Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP IS-U customer service and customer operations solutions in large utility programs. You will own the Customer Service workstream, shape the target service model, and drive quality across journeys, channels, and processes.

You will lead functional teams, define integration points with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and CRM, and ensure readiness, testing, and deployment across complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Proven ownership of SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream and set delivery plans.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance and service requests.
• Lead requirements gathering, design governance, and testing strategy.
• Coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and CRM for integration.
• Oversee data conversion, cutover, and operational readiness.
