EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utility transformations. You will own the Customer Service workstream, define target service models, and coordinate across customer journeys, channels, and related processes while guiding a team of functional consultants.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service design and delivery.
• Experience delivering customer processes across SAP IS-U functions and channels.
• Experience with customer and account maintenance, service requests, and move processes.
• Experience with integrations to Billing, FI-CA, CRM, and contact centers.
• Travel flexibility with 40–60% travel anticipated.

• Own SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance, service requests, move events, communications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive cross-functional design and integration with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and more.
• Lead end-to-end testing of customer journeys including service start/stop and billing impacts.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions.
• Plan cutover, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
