Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utility clients. You will own the Customer Service workstream, define the target service model, translate requirements, and coordinate with business, technical, digital, and vendor teams to ensure quality and deployment readiness.

You will guide functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive testing and production readiness while shaping the overall customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream and design target processes.
Define target service design across maintenance, service requests, move events, and communications.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
Drive cross-functional design across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and CRM platforms.
Lead data conversion activities and oversee functional specifications and design decisions.
Coordinate testing, cutover planning, and operational readiness for end-to-end journeys.
