Job summary

CHI Software seeks a SAP Support Specialist – Level 1 (FICO/SD) to support SAP Finance and Sales & Distribution for an international automotive client. You will be the first point of contact for users needing day-to-day SAP assistance.

You will register and track tickets, perform first-level diagnostics, guide users, and escalate complex issues to the L2 team with complete details. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP as an end user, key user or support specialist.
• Knowledge of at least one SAP module: FICO or SD.
• Advanced written and spoken English for international users.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming SAP FICO and SD requests: register tickets and track to closure.
• Perform first-level diagnostics and guide users through the system.
• Escalate complex cases to L2 with full context and monitor status.
