Job summary

SSM Health is seeking an experienced SAP ERP specialist to configure, implement, support and maintain SAP ECC 6.0 and BW integrations. This role partners with operations, IT leadership, users and vendors to deliver reliable systems.

The position offers a regular day shift in a remote United States setting, with a focus on collaboration, problem solving and process improvement across SAP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
• Three years’ experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 & BW.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves SAP ERP issues and provides end user support.
• Monitors SAP ERP applications during maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Assists in business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology.
• Acts as a resource for SAP ERP colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects.
• Explains difficult information and builds consensus.
