Sysco Northeast Rdc in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM across key business functions. This role serves as a technical expert for SAP development, system integrations, interface management, and production support, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years designing, developing, supporting SAP enterprise apps and integrations.
5+ years supporting SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM.
Strong PS knowledge incl. WBS, budgeting, settlements, FI/CO integration.
Experience across SD, MM, FI, WM, and LE modules.
5+ years SAP PI/PO integration development and support.
5+ years developing integrations using REST, SOAP, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData.
5+ years data interface and file transformation (XML, cXML, CSV, Excel).
5+ years managing secure connectivity (SSL/TLS, encryption).
Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, Solution Manager, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM applications and integrations.
Provide technical leadership and support for SAP Project Systems (PS), including WBS structures, budgeting, cost tracking, settlements, and FI/CO integration.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations utilizing SAP PI/PO, REST APIs, SOAP services, RFCs, BAPIs, OData services, and event-driven architectures.
Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces using XML, cXML, CSV, Excel, and other structured data formats.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data-processing issues across SAP and external systems.
Support end-to-end business processes across SD, MM, FI, WM, LE, and CRM modules.
Manage secure communications between SAP and external systems, including SSL/TLS certificates and authentication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Drive adoption of development standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
Participate in application lifecycle management: design, testing, deployment, change control, release planning, production support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation and interface specs.
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies for modernization opportunities.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
