Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant in the United States.

The role focuses on SAP EAM/PM within the utilities sector, including design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of EAM solutions for asset maintenance and field service processes. The consultant will lead business process design, configure maintenance plans and orders, and collaborate with ABAP teams on custom solutions while supporting integrations across SAP modules and GIS/mobile

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP EAM / SAP PM solutions.
• Lead SAP EAM business process design for Utilities industry operations.
• Configure maintenance plans, task lists, equipment, functional locations, notifications, and maintenance orders.
• Support end-to-end work management and asset maintenance processes.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Support asset lifecycle management, including installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and retirement.
• Integrate SAP EAM with MM, FI/CO, PS, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Work with technical teams on integrations with GIS, Mobile Workforce Management, field service, and other utility applications.
• Support SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP/development teams on custom solutions.
• Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot EAM/PM-related issues.
• Participate in workshops, process improvement initiatives, and end-user training.
