Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Lead (PM) to drive asset management transformations for utilities projects. This remote role requires coordinating across multiple regions while traveling periodically.

You will lead SAP EAM/PM workstreams, design and deploy maintenance processes, integrate with MM and FI, and mentor consultants. Strong leadership and deep SAP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience focused on EAM/PM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM.
• Strong asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy knowledge.
• Exposure to MM and FI-AA integration; field ops experience a plus.
• Experience with mobility solutions (Work Manager/Fiori) a plus.
• Utilities industry experience preferred (electric, gas, water).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in global delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM/PM workstreams across projects and support engagements.
• Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment for asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and field services to gather requirements.
• Design and optimize preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance processes.
• Lead integrations with MM (spare parts) and FI-AA and other S/4HANA modules.
• Oversee work order management, asset hierarchies, and data governance.
• Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.
• Lead SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Ensure alignment with Utilities industry standards and regulatory requirements.
