Job summary

Baer Group seeks an experienced SAP Technical Delivery Manager for a 12-month remote US-based project. You will act as the trusted technical and delivery advisor, guiding SAP landscape, cloud architecture, security, and operations across large customers.

You will coordinate internal SAP/NS2 experts, manage delivery roadmaps, and partner with account teams to ensure successful outcomes and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience.
• 4+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementations.
• 2+ years of technical project management experience supporting SAP operations or implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, releases, platforms, and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for SAP RISE technology, cloud architecture, and technical service delivery.
• Own the technical relationship and orchestrate internal SAP/NS2 experts to address complex requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the customer's SAP landscape, architecture, integrations, and systems.
• Partner with CDMs during regular meetings to manage expectations, priorities, risks, and delivery.
• Support delivery teams in developing service delivery roadmaps and calendars.
• Coordinate resources to drive issue resolution.
• Advise on Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security & Compliance, Networking, and SAP Operations.
• Assess security and networking requirements against SAP architecture and cloud capabilities.
• Lead monthly technical and operational reviews and drive action plans.
• Support migrations and transformation roadmaps with partners.
